- Please note that the quality of the connection and internet speed may be affected by conditions such as surrounding landforms (i.e. mountains), weather, building obstruction, the number of users, or locations
- According to International Fair Use Policy, no refund will be available when your device is throttled or rendered unserviceable in the following cases: Streaming TV/video online for prolonged periods of time, downloading large files, playing online games, etc.
- Please note that after the final rental date, customers will have 5 days to return their device without a late fee. After the 5th day, a US$10 late fee will be charged per day
