Purchase Summary

  • If you have special dietary needs, it's recommended to bring your own snacks, as options in the Outback are limited
  • Children aged 8-17 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times; this tour is not suitable for infants or children under 7 due to safety requirements and fitness levels needed for the walks
  • A minimum moderate to advanced level of fitness is required to complete the walks. The length of walks will be between 2km to 6km each day, often over steep rocky sections and in direct sunlight and high humidity. An approximate 12-15km walk is included in this tour. Embarking on walks will be at the guide’s discretion to ensure the safety of guests. Therefore a medium/high level of fitness is required and doctors certificate is required for people over 70 years (30 days prior to travel)
  • Please bring a small overnight bag and hand luggage only, as storage on your tour vehicle is limited; large suitcases and oversized luggage can be left at your hotel. This tour is not suitable for those requiring mobility aids, wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers
  • Inform us of any dietary requirements or medical conditions at the time of booking, or at least a few days prior to departure so we can make necessary arrangements
  • Northern Territory weather can be extreme, with daytime temperatures of over 40°C in the dry season, and a dramatic drop at night. Please check average temperatures for your travel dates and pack accordingly. The tour will proceed in rain or inclement weather unless the service provider contacts you with a change in itinerary
  • Guests are asked to participate in the preparation of meals, clean up and vehicle unpacking/loading, so everyone can relax together after a long day touring. It’s also a great way to get to know and connect with your fellow travellers
