It is not always guaranteed that you will see a whale on your cruise due to the unpredictable nature of whales in their natural environment. If you do not see a whale during your cruise you will be offered a voucher to return for a second cruise within the same year free of charge. This is valid for the number of passengers originally booked and cannot be exchanged for a refund
Please note that these cruises take you out into open seas and can be impacted by the weather with rough seas. If you are prone to motion sickness we highly recommend you take sea-sickness tablets prior to your cruise
