- Please check in 30 minutes prior to departure. Adventure Bay is around a 90 minute drive from Hobart, including a vehicular ferry. The Bruny Island Ferry departs regularly, however, there can be a wait time. We recommend arriving at the Ferry Terminal at least 30 mins prior to your desired Ferry.
