• Pre-trip notice: The operator will send detailed guide and vehicle information via email between 18:00 and 21:00 the day before the trip. Please be sure to check it in time.
• Today we will start a two-day trip to Mt. Fuji, from Mt. Fuji 5th Station → Mt. Fuji 8th Station designated mountain hut. After resting in the mountain hut, we will continue to set off, 8th Station Kami-Edoya → 8th Station Gosho → Mt. Fuji (Goraiko) downhill → 5th Station → hot spring. Mt. Fuji climbing trip, set off now!
• Day 1: Mt. Fuji 5th Station → Mt. Fuji 8th Station designated mountain hut Mt. Fuji 5th Station is located halfway up Mt. Fuji, with an altitude of 2,305 meters. Looking up at the top of the mountain from the closest distance to Mt. Fuji, you can feel the majestic beauty. When the weather is clear and cloudless, you can look down and see the surrounding beautiful scenery, Lake Kawaguchi, etc. When the clouds are lingering, you can overlook the magnificent sea of clouds. Rest at the mountain hut (dinner is a simple meal of curry meat patties. If you have special requirements, please prepare your own dinner)
• Second day: Depart from the mountain hut in the early morning, go to Edoya at the 8th station → 8th station and 5th station → the top of Fuji Mountain (Goraiko) → down the mountain road → 5th station → hot spring The sunrise at the top of Mount Fuji is called "Goraiko" in Japan. The morning sun that slowly rises from the sea of clouds is particularly solemn and mysterious. It is a unique beauty and touching of Mount Fuji. In good weather, Goraiko can be seen on most of the hiking trails on the Yoshida Route or on the top of the mountain.
• When the morning light pierces the sea of clouds and sprinkles the red light on the snow-covered mountain top, standing on the top of Mount Fuji to welcome the shock of "Goraiko" (ご来光) will become a moment you will never forget. As a symbol of the Japanese spirit, climbing Mount Fuji is not only a physical challenge, but also a spiritual baptism of dialogue with nature. “Once in a lifetime, visit Mt. Fuji.” Let’s go and greet our own sunrise above the clouds!

• For safety reasons, you need to provide proof of entry travel insurance before departure. Without insurance, the driver has the right to refuse to accompany you to climb the mountain. Please purchase insurance after entering the country and provide it to the platform or the guide/leader of the day before the trip
• Climbers over 60 years old (including 60 years old) need a health certificate. Please fill out the health certificate and submit it to the registration office before the trip (electronic version is available)
• Considering the physical load of the Mount Fuji climbing trip, special groups such as the elderly, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, pregnant women, poor health, and severe altitude sickness are not accepted for the time being, but other hiking trips such as other 5th station sightseeing can be selected

• [About license plate tour guide information] The operator will inform you of the meeting time, tour guide and license plate information of the trip by email before 21:00 Japan time the day before the trip. If you have not received the email, please check the spam folder first. If not, please contact the operator in time! If you receive multiple emails, the latest email will prevail.
• [About luggage privileges] Each person can carry one piece of luggage for free. The extra part can be paid on site at 2,000 yen/piece to the driver. Please make a note when placing an order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• [About driver and guide service] Driver and tour guide service: 4-13 people exquisite small group; driver + tour guide service: 14-45 people bus group, the actual number will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day. The driver and guide mainly drive, and explain as a supplement
• [About force majeure] Due to the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In the event of the above or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and delete the itinerary on the spot. Please forgive me, and you cannot ask for a refund on this ground
• [About late refund] Because the one-day tour is a carpooling service, if you are late at the gathering place or scenic spot, you will not be waited for, and no refund will be given
• [About car model] Reference car model: 5-8 seat car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seat car: Toyota HAICE of the same level; 18-22 seat car: mini bus; 22 seat car and above: large bus, the above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual number will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day
• Equipment and carry-on items for climbing Mount Fuji: Please consult with the tour leader if you are missing any, and rent or buy at the 5th Station

1. Climbing backpack (can hold all the following carry-on items)
2. Climbing shoes (high-top, to protect ankles and prevent sand from entering)
3. Raincoat and pants (separate upper and lower parts)
4. Warm clothes (lightweight, near zero degrees at the top of the mountain)  
5. Headlamp (including spare batteries)
6. Trekking pole (commemorative wooden poles can be purchased on site instead)
7. Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses  
8. Sports Water, mineral water (at least one bottle each, can be replenished along the way)
9. Food for the trip (salt, sugar, chocolate, bread, etc.) 10. Cash, 10 100 yen coins (convenient to use when going to the toilet or vending machine to refill water)
10. Mobile phone, power bank, charging cable
11. Personal toiletries (can be left at the 5th station after going down the mountain to change clothes at the hot spring)
12. ID (residence card or passport)
13. Waterproof bag (Ziplock, etc.) for valuables and mobile phone

• Tips for climbing: Take deep breaths, take small steps, drink water frequently, follow the pace of the guide
• Prevent altitude sickness (1) Drink small sips and drink plenty of water (about 3-4L/day) (2) Take deep breaths: abdominal breathing, such as blowing out a candle 30 cm away (3) When walking, try to reduce the activity of the thigh muscles that consume a lot of oxygen (small stride, small range of motion, slow walking) (4) Adjust your physical condition in advance, get enough rest, and avoid lack of sleep
