Infants aged 0-2 are free of charge provided that they will not be occupying any seats. No admission fees, ski clothes, snowboard equipment and boots fees, and other fees will be provided. You may purchase regular tickets if your children will require these
Infants aged 0-2 are not allowed to participate in any skiing activity
Indicate at checkout how many infants aged 0-2 you will bring. Please make sure to provide accurate information. If the real age of the children and quantity are incorrect, you may need to pay an additional surcharge of KRW30,000/child on site
Please present identity certificates of infants aged 0-2 upon entrance to the Vivaldi Park Ski Resort gate
The ski facilities in the ski resort can only be entered by wearing ski equipment and purchasing a ski ticket. We suggest ski or snowboard activities for participants aged 8–50. We can also provide skiing gear for other ages; however, they are strictly not allowed to participate in skiing activities as skiing requires a sense of balance. With many other beginners practicing around the slope, it may be dangerous for children and elderly. Safety precautions must always be taken.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for each booking
Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
Please note that the entire itinerary is self-experienced. The tour staff will only accompany you to the resort on the first day to explain the redemption of facilities and other relevant information. You may check with the Vivaldi Park service desk for assistance if any.
Please note that this product is for self-check-in. Upon arrival at the ski resort, you will need to carry your luggage to the accommodation for luggage storage and check-in. No vehicles are available to transport luggage to the check-in lobby.
The hotel at the ski resort doesn't offer a luggage check-in service. If you need to leave your luggage, you may rent a locker in the hotel for a one-time storage fee of KRW2,000 for big lockers and KRW1,000 for small lockers. (Please prepare some 500won coins for in case.)
If you want to purchase a ski or snowboard lesson on your skiing day, you can pay KRW50,000/person for 60-90 minutes class on site and you will be arranged to join the class consisting of 1-20 people

Room type is only two; 1-3 people or 4-5 people share one room. If you want a separate room, please reserve it separately. Otherwise, we will consider each reservation as sharing one room. Rooms cannot be changed or separated on-site. And no special room requests can be entertained.
If additional accommodation is added, the charges only include accommodation, excluding all admission fees and equipment rental fees. If you need equipment rental for the extra days, please check with customer service in advance.
Skiing tours operate daily during the ski season. However, in the event of weather alerts or ski resort closures, customers will be informed in advance, and the tour will be rescheduled. If joining for the experience, the departure will proceed as usual.
Based on resort accommodation, if the cancellation is due to personal factors 4-6 days before departure, 30% of the fee will be refunded; if the cancellation is due to personal factors 0–3 days before departure, no refund will be given. If the departure date is changed within 3 days before departure due to personal factors, the change procedure fee shall be subject to the check-in regulations of the resort.
This itinerary will distribute pick-up vehicles according to the number of participants: Solati / Starex for under 13 people , mini bus / travel bus for more than 20 people. **Please let us know if you have a Stroller/ Wheelchair / Big hand bag to go.
Customers who cannot depart on non-weekend/public holiday dates should be aware that weekends have high traffic volume and may experience objective issues such as traffic congestion or crowded ski resorts. The company will not be responsible for any issues arising from customers choosing weekend/public holiday tours.
In the event of a full bus, the boarding location will be notified and coordinated 1-2 days before departure.
We will get in touch with you by WhatsApp, Line, etc. The messages from our CS team could be blocked or identified as spal due to the settings on your communication appss. **We advise that your check your email the day before departure in order to make sure you get any important travel updates.
Skiing is a more intense and potentially dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance domestically before traveling to Korea.
Lunch is not included in the price of this tour. The tour guide will recommend a restaurant during the lunch break. If you have dietary restrictions, you may want to bring your own lunch. The Korean seaweed snacks sampled during the tour can be purchased after the tour ends (optional).
