- A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Please prepare cash for locker rental and shower facility usage.
- Mud Festival Zone Facility Inspection Break Time: 13:30 ~ 14:30
- Smoking and No food or beverages NOT allowed the festival area.
- Wearing shoes such as sandals, slippers, and sneakers is prohibited inside the festival area. You must leave your shoes in the shoe locker upon entry. We are not responsible if your shoes are lost.
- Please note that the schedule may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
- The drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location, and changes are not allowed on the day of the tour; if you wish to change the drop-off location, please inform your guide or our customer service team in advance.
- Please note that, due to the K-POP concert on August 7 & 9, the departure from Boryeong and return to Seoul will be delayed compared to the original schedule. Further notice will be provided

- Experience facilities will be closed for a break from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
- As your clothes may get stained with mud, please wear comfortable clothing.
- The ground may be slippery, so please be cautious for your safety.
- Sandals, slippers, sneakers, and other footwear are not allowed inside the festival zone.
- Please store your shoes in the designated shoe storage area before entering.
- We are not responsible for any lost shoes.
- We are not responsible for lost valuables or personal belongings inside the festival grounds.
- The Family Zone is available for children aged 3 to 14 and their family members.
- Guests aged 15 and above are required to purchase a regular ticket
- An English-speaking or Chinese-speaking staff member will be assigned at random
