Please ensure you have your credit card and either your ID or passport with you. A hold will be placed on your credit card for each electric bike rented, ensuring its safe return. The hold will be released upon the bike's return, though your bank may take up to 72 hours to process this. If you prefer, your passport can be held at check-in as an additional security measure
Please reach out to the operator at least one day in advance to arrange specialized kids' equipment or bikes or to get directions to the shop
