- Before boarding the train, you must go to the designated redemption point to redeem the voucher QR code for a paper ticket. There are 2 redemption points: May 30th Movement Monument Station (opposite Madame Tussauds, No. 68 Nanjing West Road), Oriental Pearl Radio and Television Tower Station (Lujiazui Ring Road No. 1416 A), get on the bus and show the paper ticket for verification.
- During the 24-hour operation period after the first activation of the ticket, you can choose to take the "City Sightseeing" brand Tourism Line 1, Tourism Line 2 (Building Readable Line), Tourism Line 3, Tourism Line 9 (The Glorious City of the Original Heart), 10 tourist routes (New Era, New Shanghai), hop on, hop off.
- A guide map and a pair of headphones are provided. After boarding the bus, you can scan the QR code next to the seat to listen to the explanation.
- You can follow the "City Sightseeing" applet for more information and vehicle location inquiries.
- Please look for the "City Tour" brand before getting on the bus.
- The original paper ticket is the travel voucher and cannot be replaced if lost. Photographs and screenshots cannot be used as travel vouchers. Please be informed.
- Once successfully booked, no refund or change.
