After entering the park, please follow the park signs or staff instructions and play in an orderly manner. Some projects and facilities have height, weight and other physical requirements for participation. Please consider your own health conditions before participating.

According to relevant laws and regulations, if natural disasters, bad weather or other uncontrollable factors may affect safety, some projects in the park may be closed. The park will not refund tickets or provide compensation. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Most of the projects and performances in Fantawild Theme Park are free of charge (except for special performances and projects held during special periods). After entering the park, visitors can choose to watch performances, experience amusement facilities or participate in theme activities. Park joint projects, exclusive service projects, rental services, etc., visitors can voluntarily purchase according to their needs

To ensure public safety, visitors entering Fantawild Theme Park must undergo security checks. Please take the initiative to open your bags and cooperate with the security checks. It is strictly forbidden to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and other prohibited items stipulated by laws and regulations into the park.

Please do not bring any items or animals into the park that may endanger the public safety of other visitors, including but not limited to: skateboards, scooters, roller skates, large suitcases, large tripods, wheeled coolers or pets, etc.

Visitors may bring in food and drinks for their own consumption (no more than 600ml), but are not allowed to bring in perishable, spoilage-prone food, food that needs to be reprocessed, food that needs to be stored in a warm place, alcoholic beverages, food with a pungent odor, or other food that is not suitable for entry into the park.

We do not allow profit-making organizations to engage in commercial activities in the park, including but not limited to handing out flyers, selling or displaying items, filming, advertising photography, etc.

In order to implement the national document [Notice on Solidly Promoting Plastic Pollution Control (Notice on Solidly Promoting Plastic Pollution Control (Fagai Huanzi [2020] No. 1146)], the use of disposable raincoats in water projects in the park will be suspended. Visitors can rent environmentally friendly raincoats at the entrance of each project. The specific requirements are subject to the on-site announcement of the park.
