Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 90 minutes late
Make sure you haven't had any stimulants, such as coffee, beforehand as it may interfere with your ability to relax
Don't shave or wax 24 hours before your float as the salt water may irritate your skin
Avoid applying oils, such as moisturiser, hair gel or make up, prior to your float

The float tank is a private, light and sound-proof pod that reduces external stimulus in order to reach new levels of relaxation, pain relief, and meditation. Filled with an Epsom Salt solution and 12 inches of warm water, your body stays effortlessly buoyant and safe. Kept at skin temperature, the touch of the water melts away, creating a zero-gravity sensory deprivation experience that heightens meditation and allows you to enter deep mental and physical relaxation.
Please allow up to 2 1/2 hrs for the entire experience which will allow you time to bask in your post-float glow, enjoying the comforts and activities in their zen lounge including a complimentary tea ceremony after your float.
