Driver Meet-Up. Upon arrival, a driver or staff member will be waiting for you at the designated pickup area, often with a nameboard. If you can’t find them, remain calm and continue looking. If necessary, contact the service provider for assistance.
Flight Delays. Recognizing that flight arrival times can fluctuate, professional drivers monitor flight statuses and will adjust accordingly, so minor delays should not be a problem.
Contacting the Service. If you haven’t boarded your flight yet and need assistance, reach out to the taxi service. If you’re delayed while in transit, contact them once you land.
Major Delays. In the case of significant flight delays, inform the service provider as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
Drop-Off. When you reach your destination, the driver will help with any luggage.

- in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.
