You will get to taste our award winning organic wines, in the luxury of our new tasting room, with spectacular views across Umbria. The wines will be accompanied by local produce, cheeses and hams. you can also visit the cantina where we will explain how the wines are made including how we use the amphora tanks. You can also choose to visit the vineyards, where we will explain our use of precision viticulture to produce our bio dynamic, high quality grapes. You can also choose to visit our grass fed organic Chianina cows, a very ancient breed, that produce top quality meat.
