  • Whale sharks, sea turtles, and sardines are wild animals and may not be seen during the tour

  • In Moalboal, you will enter the beach (directly from the beach), and it is recommended to wear comfortable marine shoes

  • Due to bad weather or sudden local circumstances, the schedule may change on the day of the tour. The final decision will be made by the guide on the day.

  • Our pick-up area covers the entire Mactan Island and Cebu City area.

  • The tour ending time may be delayed depending on the time of year, number of participants, road conditions, etc. Please consult with us in advance if you have plans immediately after the scheduled ending time or if you plan to fly home on the same day.

  • No changes will be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the tour start time.

  • Tours are weather permitting. If a tour is canceled due to inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.

  • The activity is not recommended: heart disease / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women

  • Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
