This is the travel time from Chetumal (Mexico) to San Pedro Island (Belize). In San Pedro the boat docks at the "San Pedro International Ferry Terminal" dock, where passengers disembark and register their entry into the country of Belize with the immigration and customs authorities of that country. Once this process is completed, passengers will be able to begin their stay on this beautiful island.

- Passport is required for all nationalities, including Mexicans and Belizeans. The information required is First and Last Name as shown on the passport, gender, date of birth, country of origin, nationality, telephone number, passport number, date of issue and expiration date.
- Passengers arrive at the Chetumal Fiscal Dock and check in at the Islander Ferries International ticket office, formerly Water Jets International.
- IMPORTANT: Check-in at least 1 hour before your departure. Registration starts at 8:00 AM and closes at 9:00 AM at the Chetumal office because it is an international trip and you have to go through Immigration and Customs to leave Mexico. They are given the immigration and customs forms so they can begin to fill them out before going to the authorities.
- It is a requirement of the Mexican and Belizean authorities that we send them the passenger list at 9:00 AM because they need to review the information of all passengers in their system.
- At 9:00, passengers begin to register their departure from Mexico with the immigration and customs authorities. Once all passengers have finished, they will be notified when they can access the boat.

Once we have all the information from your passport when we receive your reservation, we will create your direct entry ticket which will be sent to your email address. Please show your passport to confirm your identity and we will give you the immigration and customs forms to leave Mexico.
