Participants must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity
Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
All children (16 and under) must be supervised by a responsible adult (18 or over)

During the summer months (November to March), it is advised to wear exercise-type clothing that is quick-drying and a warm jumper
