  • Participants must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity

  • Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

  • All children (16 and under) must be supervised by a responsible adult (18 or over)

  • Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

  • Anyone who is pregnant or has a medical condition must notify the operator and are assessed on a case by case basis - the operator reserves the right to refuse participation - full refunds apply in this case

  • Please allow at least 5 hours for the round-trip trip leaving from and returning to Rotorua

  • This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
