Chateau de Chenonceau

Chenonceau Castle is undoubtedly one of the most unforgettable visits to the Loire Valley. Chateau Royal d'Amboise

This medieval fortress gives place to a royal residence under the reigns of the kings Carlos VIII and Francisco I (end of century XV to beginning of century XVI). Le Chateau du Clos Luce - Parc Leonardo da Vinci

Possibility to visit the Clos Lucé. During a stay in Italy, King François 1st fell in love with the Renaissance and decided to invite one of the most renowned artists of the time to live in France. Thus, in 1516, at the age of 64, Leonardo da Vinci left Rome, crossed Italy with his sketchbooks and three paintings: the Mona Lisa, the Virgin, the baby Jesus and St. Anne and John, to settle in the Clos Lucé. François 1st, enchanted by the talent of Leonardo da Vinci appointed him first painter, engineer and architect of the king, positions that exerted until his death in May of 1519.
