This is a private cooking class! It means there it will be only you and your partner or your family and/or friends, no other people but you! Your certified chef Ornella will guide you into the secrets of Italian home cooking with a 100% hands-on local food experience. You will be able to fully enjoy your cooking experience also learning about parmesan cheese, prosciutto crudo, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil! We will prepare a full menu of 5 typical Italian dishes, see sample menus!

Zucchini cooked into the oven following an old family recipe we have handed down since years and years!

MAIN - Homemade pasta

Typical Italian tagliatelle homemade 100% hands-on just with eggs and flour, with a pesto sauce.

MAIN - Pesto sauce

Pesto sauce made of pine nuts, basil leaves, extravirgin olive oil, from scratch by yourself!!!

MAIN - Saltimbocca alla romana

Small veal steaks enriched with prosciutto crudo and sage

DESSERT - Sicilian Cannoli

Cannoli filling cream made by fresh ricotta, pistachios and candy fruit
