Want an Elite Experience?
The Truffle Cooking Class will start with a tour of our vineyard and olive groves; following a member of the family will briefly introduce you few notions about truffles.
During the experience, Guests will learn the secrets of truffles, how to clean them and different ways to cook them.
We will start with the preparation of antipasti, a delicious Bruschetta with Lardo di Colonnata ( a typical Tuscan cold cut) and slices of truffle on top, a first traditional dish composed by the preparation of Tuscan Pasta “Pici”, a second course that will include the preparation of filet with truffle slices and balsamic glaze flavored with truffle, and of course a tasty dessert.
Our Chef and a member of the family will guide you through this amazing gourmet experience.
At the end of the afternoon in the kitchen, you will relax in one of our private and exclusive rooms while tasting all the things that you’ve cooked paired with our organic wines and e.v.o. olive oils.
The Cooking Lesson is available for minimum 2 people and maximum 6 and includes a served dinner with all the delicious dishes that you’ve prepared, and the tasting of our own products (wine and e.v.o. oils).
