How to get there: Get the Chuo (orange) line from Tokyo to Ome, then change trains to Okutama
Join the guide as you cycle along the old road of Okutama, once used as a trade route to Tokyo. The guide will introduce you to the history, nature, and culture of the area, which is very different from Tokyo City. Along the way, you will come across springs, wasabi fields, old shrines, mountain villages, and possibly spot some wildlife. Your destination is Lake Okutama, a large man-made lake, where you will visit a small museum exhibiting historic artifacts. You'll then return to town to soak your feet in a local onsen (hot spring). Afterward, you can shop for souvenirs
