The best way to enjoy a culinary experience is by having all the guests cook at the same time, and we make that happen! It’s a wonderful opportunity to have fun, learn from one another, and share culinary tips while also benefiting from the main chef's suggestions. A lovely garden atmosphere completes the experience!

Transportation from/to downtown Playa del Carmen is included too, from an official meeting point, avoiding you to get public transport.

Ceviche timbale featuring layers of mango, avocado, and sweet potato, with a chipotle dressing and tortilla chips.

MAIN - Fish and Shrimps

Fish and shrimp marinated in achiote, wrapped in banana leaf, stuffed with mushrooms, and served with rice and xnipec sauce.

DESSERT - Flamed Bananas

Flamed bananas topped with an eggnog sauce, served alongside ice cream and walnuts.

Meeting / End Points

  • We pick you up directly outside the Los Bisquets de Obregón restaurant, located on Constituyentes Street, at the corner of 20th Avenue in downtown Playa del Carmen. From there, we take you to the chef's house, in a private residential area just outside town, where the class will start at 4:00 pm.
