Te Puia

Te Puia Geysers: Heartland of Rotorua's geothermal activity & Maori culture. See and experience 'Pohutu' geyser the largest active geyser in the Southern Hemisphere in action rumbling away as it erupts boiling water and steam up to 100 feet. An awesome sight. See & smell boiling mud pools, hot water pools, steam vents, a steaming volcanic landscape.

I will meet you 10 minutes prior to departing time at the Port entry/exit gates 5 -10 minutes walk from your ship. I will be waiting there with your name sign. For cruise ship passengers tour, start times will fit in with ship arrival/departure times. I guarantee to have you back to your waiting ship on time onboard well before sailing away. I have never missed a ship! I look forward to meeting you and your friends and showing you this beautiful region of New Zealand. For local accommodation pickup, the start time is more flexible.
