Participate in this private small group session in the beautiful hidden gem of Playa Hermosa in Puntarenas 10 minutes south of Dominical. Surfing classes with professional surf instructors Surf Instructor: Josué Venegas. - Surf Instructor (I.S.A) level 1 & 2. - Lifeguard certified (I.L.S). - 2 hour class of theory and practice - Private classes - Children. - Youth. - Adults. - All ages Classes include: - Surfboard - Fruit snack - Water for each student - 10 free digital fotos Beaches used for surf classes - Dominical - Dominicalito - Playa Hermosa - Parque Nacional Marino Ballena Location depends on tide and experience of the person(s) taking the class. Beginner class occurs 1 hour after low tide. In this class you will learn about: - Undercurrents - Safezones of the beach - How to get out of an undercurrent - Parts of the board - Correct way to use the board - Body positioning on the board - Correct way to paddle to catch the wave - Standing technique - Riding the wave - Getting off the board
