In the meeting point you'll see the vehicle with Bogotá City Bus logo and/or the driver with the red jacket. Arrive to the meeting point in time, if not you'll miss the tour. Bring comfortable clothes and shoes. In case the attraction is closed unforeseen, it'll be changed for another similar attraction. To cancel or modify the date of the tour, it has to be done at least 24 hours before the tour, if not, there won't be money return. Because this is a groupal tour, the established itinerary must be fulfilled. As an agency, we recommend the use of facemasks and biosecurity protocols, however, in Colombia the use of facemasks in resturants, establishments, open places, transportation and attractions isn't mandatory.
