- The eSIM QR Code will be sent to your email address once your booking is confirmed
- Please ensure that you have an eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked device and that the travel itinerary is confirmed
- No refunds or cancellations due to compatibility issues or changes in itinerary or past expiry date
- You may install the eSIM before traveling (before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it
- The eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation
- Expiry date: 45 days from the purchase date
