Contact us if you can’t find the driver within 20 minutes. • Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3): Please wait at the baggage carousel from where you are to collect your luggage. Driver will have a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign. Contact us If you can't find the driver within 20 minutes. => As this is a shared shuttle service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately or the driver might have to wait for other passengers to arrive as well. => If you have difficulties locating the driver, please call/SMS/WhatsApp our emergency mobile number +61 434 844 020 => If you are experiencing any delays, then please contact us as soon as possible. => For delayed, cancelled or changed flights, please contact Go Sydney Shuttle for further instructions on the next available service. => Normal luggage allowance includes 1 suitcase and 1 carry on item per person..
