This dinner buffet highlights Japan's finest seasonal seafodod, delivering the pure taste from the sea. The Café's buffet celebrates a series of holidays with an arrayof exclusive, limited-time dishes, inviting guests to savor distinctive flavors on special occasions: Dragon Boat Festival (May 31), enjoy traditional lotus paste alkaline rice dumplings and salted egg sticky rice dumplings, evoking timeless tastes. Mother's Day (May 10-11) features individual portions of abaldone and fish maw in oyster sauce (available for dinner buffet only), a heartfelt tribute Father’s Day (June 14–15) offers individual foie gras with balsamic sauce (available for dinner buffet only), a touch of refined luxury.
