- Important: meet the guide OUTSIDE the address, not inside. The location is not part of our business. The meeting point is the RED PILLAR MAILBOX in front of 11 Broad Street. Your guide wears a royal blue item of clothing with a heraldic shield—this may be a jacket, cap, beanie, scarf, or polo shirt.

Please meet your Alumni guide at the red post box at 11-12 Broad Street. Cancellations & Refunds Policy: Cancel 24 hours or more in advance and receive a full refund. Customers must check in on time and at the correct meeting point or risk missing the tour and having to purchase new tickets. Traffic and train delays (or cancellations) will not entitle you to reimbursement or rebooking. Give yourself enough time to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early.
