One Valid Government ID can only be used to purchase one ticket on the same date of visit

Once ID information has been confirmed and submitted, it cannot be changed, so please ensure the information is accurate

The original physical copy of the Valid Government ID used at the time of ticket purchase is the only valid credential for park entry and must be presented at turnstile

For guests who have successfully purchased a park ticket , on their visit day, each guest must bring and present the original physical copy of the Valid Government ID used at the time of ticket or Annual Pass purchase. Copies in any form or a digital version will not be accepted

This coupon is not valid for the purchase of birthday cakes, food and beverage souvenir products (e.g., souvenir cups, popcorn buckets, specialty beverages, straw clips, dessert spoons, cup sleeves, etc.), alcohol, service charges, or any other promotions and dining packages combined with other products or services (such as packages including reserved viewing areas for ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration reserved viewing areas)

Due to capacity constraints, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order reasons, or other circumstances, we may change the park operating hours or the opening hours of any restaurants in the park from time to time, temporarily close the park or any part of the park area, limit the number of people entering the park, and/or suspend or close any restaurants, Kiosk and Outdoor Vending Carts

Each coupon has one QR Code and can only be used one time. Guests must open the coupon to display the coupon’s QR Code when using it in applicable Quick Service Restaurants
