A unique journey through the flavors of Liguria. A professional sommelier will guide you through the tasting of five Riserva wines from Vinaccieri Ballerini, paired with outstanding local gastronomic specialties. We begin with NAVIGATO BIANCO, made from Vermentino grapes — dry, elegant, and authentically tied to Sestri Levante. Next is TRAM, an innovative blend of Vermentino and Traminer Aromatico, created in collaboration with Luca De Paoli — truly surprising! Then TERRANOVA, a deep red wine blending partially dried Granaccia grapes with Merlot, Syrah, and Sangiovese, crafted in a style reminiscent of Amarone but with a true Ligurian soul. Followed by KAVA, a Brut Sparkling Wine (Metodo Classico) made from Pinot Noir, aged 36 months on the lees and matured for 12 months in the copper mines of Masso — elegant, with notes of vanilla and fresh bread crust. The tasting concludes with ALEA, a Sicilian Malvasia inspired by our beloved Sciacchetrà.
