About extensions
When extending the rental period, the fee listed in the "Overdue Day" section of the fee schedule will be charged for each day. However, if you extend the rental period without contacting us, we will charge 1.5 times the normal extension fee. If you would like to use the rental for more than the number of nights listed, please write this in the final notes section of your provisional application.
About security deposits
An additional JPY 5,000 will be charged on-site. If the rental item is damaged or badly soiled, we will return some or all of the security deposit minus the repair costs. If there is no damage or bad soiling, we will refund the security deposit in full.
