  • Participants need to refrain from touching and teasing turtles, marine life, and coral reefs. Anyone that does it will sit out the next snorkelling session
  • While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during mid of the year or/and the end of the year. Do be extra careful and inform the guides if you are stung. Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance before travelling to Borneo. It is recommended that you select a travel insurance policy that covers not only your medical expenses (including emergency repatriation) but also personal liability, cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage. Doing so can prevent major disruptions and additional costs. It is strongly encouraged that customers choose packages wisely, and prioritize their safety first as life is priceless
  • Visit to Snake Island is subject to the sea conditions. If the sea condition is not allowed, itinerary will proceed to snorkeling and there will be no refund provided

• Kota Kinabalu Outskirt Hotels, like Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Karambunai, Borneo Beach Villa, Putatan town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment, or places that not in the same route will have to take Grab or Taxi to town area to wait as the route are different
