Xiaoyoukeng Recreation Area, nestled within Yangmingshan National Park, is a must-visit for nature lovers. This volcanic landscape features steaming fumaroles, vibrant yellow sulfur crystals, and hiking trails that offer a glimpse into the geothermal wonders of the region.

Despite its name translating to "cold water pit", Lengshuikeng is known for its geothermal activity, including hot springs and sulfuric pools. The Lengshuikeng Visitor Center provides information on the area's unique geology and can be a good rest point for exploring the park.
