Provide the last name of the Lead Traveler or the BR-confirmation number and you'll be provided with instructions on where to meet your driver. • If you are delayed due to baggage claim or customs issues, please call Karmel Shuttle to advise of the delay. • If you encounter a last minute flight change (cancellations, delays, etc), you must call Karmel Shuttle as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in a no show and a refund will not be issued. Infant and Children Seats • Infants and children are not permitted to ride on the lap of a parent or guardian. Infants must have an infant carrier or car seat . Child seats are not provided, you must bring your own.
