Pickup included
Private shuttle service starts with the reservation where the date, time, place of departure and destination are agreed. In this case, it is a private transfer for a group in a modern vehicle fleet, equipped with air conditioning and luggage space.
On the day of travel, the driver will be at the airport with a sign with the name of the group. In addition, a bottle of water is included for each passenger.
If the flight is delayed, the shuttle will keep track of all flights and will be waiting for the group regardless of arrival time. Drivers are experienced and friendly.
Choose to be picked up from a list of locations
Please arrive at the pick up point 15 minutes before departure time.
If your pickup is at the airport, you must provide us with your flight number and arrival time so that we can track your flight and adjust the pickup time if necessary. Also, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to get through security, pick up your luggage and head to the arrival area. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, making it easier to meet. In case your flight is modified or cancelled for any reason, it is important that you inform us about the new date, including flight number and arrival time, so that we can update the information and be there when you arrive, as we have no way of knowing if your flight was changed. If the pickup is from a hotel the day before the service, you must provide us with the exact address and room number, so that our driver can look for you at reception by name and room number. Please note that if for any reason you are late at departure time, our driver will wait for you for 20 minutes after the scheduled time, but if you need more time, an additional waiting time fee will apply.
