BKK Airport : Please walk to meet staff at gate No.3 of 2nd floor, Airport Rep. will hold your name on plate and welcome you there , when you meet each other our staff will call a driver to pick you up.

DMK airport : Please make sure that your flights are international or domestic:

- If you fly by international flight , please meet airport Rep. at gate 5, they will hold your name on plate

- If flying by domestic flight , please walk to gate No.11, our staff will have and hold your name after meeting each other they will call a driver coming to pick you up.

• The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby and display a sign with your name on it

• MPV: Maximum capacity of 4 passengers and 20"-24" x 4 pieces of luggage
• Van: Maximum capacity of 10 passengers and 20"-24" x 9 pieces of luggage

• The no-show policy is 30 minutes (for hotel pick up) **Waiting time for Airport transfer is 1.30 hrs for immigration & baggage claims**
• The operator has the right to refuse the reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicles; there will be no refund in this case
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags are not accommodated
• An additional charge of 200 THB will apply for hotels in Charoennakorn and Thonburi, and 300 THB for hotels in Pathumthani and Nonthaburi
  
• If the car breaks down during your journey, the driver will notify the operator, and the operator will arrange for another car or we will contact local transportation. The responsibility must be from the operator's side, there is no issue of refunds.
• There is no issue of refunds for traffic conditions
