The 1 day tour to the Humantay lake from Cusco, is located over 4200 meters above sea level, where you can admire a beautiful landscape surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Along the way we can enjoy an Andean valley and the imposing snowy Salkantay.
To be able to make this visit, it is necessary to be in good physical condition and have acclimatized preferably 2 days in Cusco, not have respiratory diseases, not suitable for pregnant women and children under 7 years.

Mollepata
We will start this day with the pick up from your hotel at 4:30 to 5:00 am, together with our guide we will board our tourist transport that will take us for 2 hours to the district of Mollepata where we will make our first stop for breakfast
After breakfast we will travel 1 hour to Soraypampa (3900 masl), where our transport arrives and from where we will begin our walk to the Humantay lagoon, after the recommendations of our guide we will begin the journey to the Humantay lake, those who wish can take horses to climb very close to the Humantay lake.
Humantay Lake
After the walk of 1 hour and a half approx. we will arrive to the Humantay Lake (4180 masl), we will be able to appreciate the charm of the Humantay Lake and its turquoise color, at the foot of the Nevado Humantay. After contemplating the Humantay Lagoon, we will begin the descent to Soraypampa and we will take our transportation to go to the restaurant to rest and enjoy a delicious lunch and return to Cusco. Arrival to Cusco Approx. 6:30 pm
