On this tour you can select 1 (one) out of the 6 (six) different Palaces in Sintra to visit on the inside and then spend some time cruising along to see the rest from the outside, while stopping at certain viewpoints from the hills all the way until the coast.

Park and National Palace of Pena
One of the most well-known attractions in Sintra and perhaps in Portugal. Sitting at the top of the Sintra Hills, it's privileged location represents the monarchy at it's high in Portugal. A magnificient and exuberant Palace stands in the middle of a 85 hectares (210 acres) natural park, considered by UNESCO a World Heritage Site. PLEASE NOTE: - Visiting inside is optional, however if you wish to select this monument to visit on the inside, then it is highly recommended to purchase the tickets ahead of time, because they sell out. - The visit does not include the guide on the inside of the monument. - Tickets are NOT included in the price of the tour! - If you need assistance in choosing the time slot you can send us a message.
Castelo dos MourosPass-by Only
Built by the Moors in the 8th and 9th centuries, it was an important strategic point during the Reconquista, and was taken by Christian forces after the fall of Lisbon in 1147. Considered to be the "crown" of Sintra. We will stop at certain viewpoints where you'll be able to see the Castle.
Palacio e Parque Biester
The Biester Palace dates back to the last two decades of the 19th century (1880-1890), and is a Romantic work par excellence, eclectic and exuberant, with elegant elevations that reveal the good taste of the period at its peak. The execution of the magnificent frescoes and carvings, which richly decorate all the walls, was given to the most renowned artists, Luigi Manini and Leandro Braga. PLEASE NOTE: - Visiting inside is optional, however if you wish to select this monument to visit on the inside, then we highly recommend this choice. - The visit does not include the guide on the inside of the monument. - Tickets are NOT included in the price of the tour!

Due to the layout of the city of Lisbon, there might be some streets or roads that are inacessible. If your Hotel/Accommodation is located in one of these harder areas, you will be asked to meet the guide at the nearest acessible area.

- Your guide will be meeting you at the exit of the Sintra Train Station at the beginning of the tour. You can wait for him inside or close to the "Sintra Coffee Lovers" cafe.
