• The transfer service operates daily for 24 hours
• For service, must be booked at least 12 hours before the departure time 
• Additional hour costs 500 THB per hour.

• In the case require to pick up at Chiang Mai Airport, meet up location information as follows:
  - International flight : Meeting point at Gate 10, arrival terminal (1st Floor).
  - Domestic flight : Meeting point at Gate 2, arrival terminal (1st Floor).
• For waiting periods, if we can contact the customers, we'll wait as requested. If we're unable to reach the customers, we'll wait up to 120 minutes from the pick-up time. Beyond this, it will be considered a no-show. 
• For charter services, the vehicle cannot be used like public transportation. For example, picking up customer group A and dropping them off at Place A, then returning to pick up customer group B to drop them off at the same or another place, and then repeating this process with customer group C, is not permitted. 
• For vehicle services between 23:59 and 05:59, an additional charge of THB 500 per hour will apply. 
• There are additional charges for some locations, and if the vehicle crosses provinces, confirmation from the operator is required. The operator will notify you once your location is confirmed.
