- Please provide accommodation details
- Hotel pick up & drop off service for accommodations within a 5 k.m. radius of Chiang Mai’s Old City. Transport from locations outside this area will incur a surcharge
- A surcharge of 500 THB will apply for the following vehicle types on itineraries that include the Golden Triangle: Sedan, SUV, and Van
- A surcharge of 3,000 THB will apply for the Luxury vehicle type on itineraries that include the Golden Triangle
- Please let us know prior to your trip if you have any suitcases or oversized & excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) along the trip
- If you need a receipt or tax invoice, please notify the supplier in advance
- If the service exceeds the booked duration, the additional hour will incur an extra charge of 200 THB per hour
