- Transfers to hotels located outside Paris metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid.
- The driver will wait for 60 minutes after effective landing time, please contact our assistance center if you can't find the driver on arrival.

YOUR TRANSFER JOINING INSTRUCTIONS On arrival please collect your luggage and a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall. Your transfer provider's representative/driver will be holding a clip board with your name on it. Please identify yourself by showing them this voucher; you will then be escorted to your vehicle. In the event of any delay reaching the arrivals area please send one person from your party to the representative meeting point as it is vital that you make contact within 1 hour of landing. If you have problems locating your representative in the airport please call our assistance number. In case of las minute amendments (less than 24 hour before your arrival / departure) or in case ou are not able to locate our driver, please call immediately our helpline: +44 2039 621338 In the event of any delay reaching the arrivals area please send one person from your party to the representative meeting point as it is vital that you make contact within 1 hour of landing. If you have problems locating your representative in the airport please call +44 2039 621338. Please do not leave the airport without contacting this number. If you make any changes to your pick up address or departure flight information, you must contact send us an email up to 48 hours before your departure, so we can update your transfer provider.
