(Subject to Option Inclusions)Upon your arrival to London City Airport the driver will be waiting for you outside the airport at the drop-off and pickup point 30 minutes after your flight lands. Please have your mobile phone switched on so the driver can contact you .Your flight will be monitored to ensure you are met at the correct time. If your flight is early or subject to delays, your flight's progress will be tracked and your driver sent at the new expected time of arrival.
You can also be picked up from your central London location and transferred to the airport.
A professional Driver will assist you to the vehicle with your luggage and help with any questions about your stay, offering you the peace of mind that your onward journey is relaxing and hassle free whiles transferring you to your Destination London hotel. All vehicles are contactable via PDA's and managed by a professional management team.This service is available for any hotel in the central London.

- When arriving into London on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land
- Waiting charges (1 hour free waiting time from the time your flight lands, 30 minutes after the flight has landed the driver will be inside with a sign displaying passenger's name. The driver will then wait a further 30 minutes before leaving the airport if no communication or pickup. That is a total of 1 hour after the flight has landed. If you are delayed more than 1 hour, surcharges will apply
- If you request the driver to be inside arrival later than 30 minutes after you land to allow you more time, please state in requirements. £5.25 per for every 15 minutes thereafter is directly payable to your driver as a cash payment
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
