If we are unable to establish contact with the passenger(s) at the end of the free waiting time, the driver may leave the premises. In case of complaint, we keep proof of the driver’s presence for 3 days. Beyond that, no refund can be claimed. Please note: – For security reasons, the carrying capacities of passengers and luggage must be respected. No luggage is accepted in the cabin.
