• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE OF YOUR PICK UP POINT AND / OR DROP OFF POINT - if different from the pick up point PICK UPS CAN BE UP TO 15 MINUTES LATE DUE TO PARIS TRAFFIC CONDITIONS IN THE EVENT OF INTRUSIVE STRIKES , DEMONSTRATIONS , ROADWORK , STATE VISITS etc ( anything that may render the smooth operation of the tour impossible ) the service will be cancelled and refunded / rebooked depending on availability .
