Learn how to prepare some of delicious Khmer dishes such as chicken curry and beef loclac in this three-hour cooking class with Paper Tiger Eatery. Well-known for its delicious servings of authentic Khmer offerings. Paper Tiger is the first cooking school in Siem Reap that opened its doors to foreign travelers in 2001. During this unique culinary experience, you will visit a historic market wherein you'll discover fresh produce and meat that are needed for the class. Once you arrive at the eatery, a friendly and professional chef will assist you in preparing and cooking your Khmer dish. Enjoy the satisfying lunch or dinner that you've made with other students while discussing which recipe you will do next once you're back home. For your future culinary adventures, a digital recipe book will be forwarded to you before you leave the eatery.
