－ What You Can Expect －

Embark on a scenic boat journey of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes from Panglao Island to Oslob, Cebu. Experience the thrill of swimming with whale sharks or observing them from the boat. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we’ll handle your pre-registration in advance. After your whale shark encounter, enjoy a hearty breakfast before returning to Panglao, with an estimated arrival around 2:00 PM. This tour includes convenient, door-to-door roundtrip transfers between your Panglao hotel and the Oslob port, making your adventure completely stress-free.

  • Pick-up Time: 5:00 AM (4:30 AM if departing from Tagbilaran)
  • Pick-up Point: Your hotel in Panglao / Tagbilaran incurs surcharge
  • Meeting Location: Same as pick-up point (your hotel in Panglao)
  • Approximate Duration: 10 hours

－Itinerary －

  • 5:00 AM – Hotel pick-up within Panglao Island (4:30 AM if originating from Tagbilaran)
  • 6:30 AM – Boat departure from Panglao
  • 8:30 AM – Arrival in Oslob; transfer to the Whale Shark Interaction Center
  • 8:45 AM – 10:00 AM – Whale shark watching or snorkeling
  • 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM – Breakfast, then transfer to the port for 11:00 AM boarding
  • 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM – Boat ride back to Panglao Island
  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Drop-off at your hotel

Please take note:

  • While whale shark encounters are typically successful (with an estimated 95% success rate), sightings cannot be guaranteed as these are wild animals.
  • On rare occasions, whale shark watching may be suspended due to low activity, unsafe sea conditions, or extreme heat.
  • In such cases, a visit to the beautiful Tumalog Waterfalls will be offered as an alternative.
  • Please note that reaching Tumalog Waterfalls involves navigating a steep road. Motorbike transport is available on-site, but the terrain may be challenging and is not recommended for individuals with physical limitations.

- PHP 1000 per group of up to 10pax.
- Payment to be given to the driver upon pick-up.
Non-Philippine residents are subject to a PHP 500 per person surcharge, to be paid directly to the Driver-Guide upon arrival in Oslob.
