Each ticket is valid for one person and one time only.

Cancellation (refunds) are not possible after application is completed.

This ticket is only for the permanent exhibition. Those attending special exhibitions will be charged separately. For details, please see the individual exhibition pages on the museum website.

For high school and university students, please present proof of purchase at the reception on the day.

Free for junior high school students and younger, people with a disability certificate (including one caregiver), and people aged 65 or older who live in Osaka City. People aged 65 or older who live in Osaka City must present proof such as a Tsurumark health certificate, a senior citizen discount ticket, or a driver's license. Discounts are also available when presenting the disability certificate app "Mirairo ID" (including one attendant). This site does not offer discounts for groups of 20 or more.
