The tour begins with a visit and an explanation of the operational phases inherent in the production of oil. All the machines used for processing are crossed and explained. The accent will be placed on the connotations of the productions aimed at high quality and on the traceability of the supply chain to guarantee the consumer. Then we visit the barrel cellar. It ends with the guided tasting of the oils produced, comfortably seated, the characteristics to recognize an extra virgin olive oil will be explained, the basics of sensory and tasting techniques, health information and food-oil pairing advice will be given.
