Your journey begins with a suggestive walk among the organic olive groves, accompanied by an expert agronomist who will reveal the secrets of the oil to you. A story made of tradition, passion and commitment that will involve you. You will then move to the oil mill, where you can watch the extraction of the oil and discover the conservation process in the cellar. But your experience doesn't end here! An authentic immersion in the Sicilian culinary tradition awaits you, with typical flavors and delicious dishes where oil is the protagonist. From the famous "pane cunzatu" to the irresistible arancini, from sfincione to crocchè, it will be an opportunity to tickle your senses. Everything will be accompanied by wine and water.

- The oil mill is located along the SS410, in Naro, province of Agrigento. It is located on the right of the main state road, towards Camastra, once you turn, you will reach the oil mill where you can take the tour
