Our first visit is in Matatlan, the world capital of Mezcal. Here we will enjoy a ride in a mobile barrel with music, mezcal and a good atmosphere, as we explore the streets of this magical town. We will make a stop at an authentic pulqueria so that you can try this ancestral drink. We will make a stop at an agave field, where you can take memorable pictures. Our next visit is a special place where we will get to know the mysterious mezcals and their unique variations. Here, you will taste mezcal that will transport you to the deepest corners of Oaxaca. Then we will visit a palenque of mezcal and you will be delighted with Oaxacan food, you will also learn about the process of making Mezcal, you will enjoy a mezcal cocktail, a tasting of 5 different mezcals and the delicious mezcal creams. We will visit the house of a family that produces a Mezcal with an ancestral process, after learning how mezcal is made, we will taste 3 types of Mezcal. In addition, we will talk about the different categories, classes and varieties that exist, as well as the history of the family and its generations. Remember that the Mezcal produced here is not commercial, so you can only purchase it with the family.
Palenque Mal De Amor
You will learn everything about the production of Artisan Mezcal, with the aim of learning the entire process step by step and appreciating all the effort behind this drink. After learning how mezcal is made, we tasted 5 different mezcals! Since you can try as much as you want! In addition, we will talk about the different categories, classes and varieties that exist. Then we will board a Mobile barrel to see Matatlán, known as the "world capital of Mezcal", an agave field and a pulquería.
